How did you come across this information? is there some announcement out?

I assume the guy wasn't pulling in good ratings, although I could be wrong.  Radio is all about the ratings.

Too Bad.  Clearly, someone at KtlKKK was sick the day they taught Radio at Radio School.  Versnic should go back to playing video games in his Momma's Basement.  Dan was a great asset to the station and didn't deserve what he got.  EVERY morning show was given  from 5-9am UNTIL he was given that time slot, then he only gets 2 hours. Dan was there from the start in Jan of '06 and dutifully took any time slot he was given.  When Jason came back in August of that year, NO ONE was a bigger promoter than Dan of Jason's show.

This is a damn shame if it's true!  Dan's one of my favorites on KTLK!  Though I'll admit that I like Hannity better, (as opposed to someone else up above), I like Dan more than I do Chris Baker!!  Those two time slots should've been reversed from the Git-Go!!

However, Dan's BIO is still up on the Home page!  That's different than what's always happened before, sooooo.... maybe this is more rumor than truth?....  Hope so, anyway!!

Quite the bummer.  Friday is my saturday, and usually I'll still get up in time for the show just because, but I slept in today planning to download and catch up, but I didn't think This would be what I missed.  The death star goes dark in his honor today, Kevin in Col Hgts salutes Dan Conry!

The way I see it, Dan should contact SteelersGuy to see how he could do a fake radio show out of his kitchen....then all ten of his fans would be happy and could listen to him on the internet.
