DNC gets out of paying Gas Taxes for their convention

Re: DNC gets out of paying Gas Taxes for their convention

I'd be suprised if being suprised made any sense.  Think recent, Jesse Jackson's comments.  Or Gore's lifestyle.  The common theme is that liberalism exempts itself from any of it's bans, since it only wishes to control Others, Not itself.

    queens.  liars.  socialist duplo holes.

As a federalist, I wish to preserve their right to collectivize if they choose, but they don't wish to preserve my right to remain an individual, or opt out of their programs.  My favor and respect for their choice, abused and not returned.

So who is threatening who's freedom?

    Denial isn't an excuse.

.....Anyone?  No?  Good.  And if you agree with liberalism, be ashamed.  Or stand up for yourself and challenge the premise of what I just said.

    Can't?

    Tough.

At least you aren't the one being oppressed or imposed.

What...is the DNC running low on cash? Let's pass the hat and help these folks out. After all, they are doing the work of the people...

Greetings NiteShield, welcome to the TalkSpot.  Say now, you sound a little "bitter" there.  You're not upset or angry that you have to pay the taxes that "they" voted in, while they're doing their best to duck them behind the scenes, now are you?

Hope I did this right (quoting) as I'm kinda new to the blog...but so many interests out there to read. First started following the blogs on the Valley Fair 8 incident. Took forever to figure out which court they will appear in but believe it is Scott County. From what I understand they have another appearance next week. Wonder if they will be there.

Oops...almost forgot. Politics, Politicians? I remember a movie way back. "Mr Smith Goes to Washington". Ah, to look at politics thru rose colored glasses.

Or Chuck Norris maybe?  After all, anyone who scares the "Bogeyman" & inspires "Superman" should be up to the job.  Yes?  ;^)

A quote taken from the story : "We know the gas is not tainted," he said. "We use it as a safety and security measure."

Tainted gas? THAT is the best excuse they could come up with? How is it these people are winning?

Maybe they mean that the gas is not tainted with corn based ethanol?

As far as to why they are winning, I wish I knew.  My wife loves Obama, no matter what is said about him, or what he says, she will not change her mind.  Her whole family is DFL and will not listen to one word I say, they wont even give me a chance.

My wife's aunt (whom I have talked about before) tried me convert me recently, she said she would watch one show and read one book that I suggest to her if I would watch Keith Oberman every night for a week and stop listening to talk radio (or watching FoxNews).  I told her, now why would I want to watch Keith Oberman, I dont want to double his ratings for a week. She didnt like that response.

I think it means that the gas doesn't date other grades, it keeps itself pure.

LOL isnt that a form of gas grade racism?  Where is Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, they are full of pure gas!

Hmmm... and here I thought it meant that this "untainted" DNC gas wouldn't produce more CO2 and contribute to their Global Warming Carbon Footprint.  So, of course, that makes it a "safety" measure, for ALL of our sakes.

I mean, really!... How can you criticize something that the DNC is doing on behalf of ALL of Humanity?  Seriously folks, get a grip!  ;^)

Dark Man, you're a better man than I.  That is true love.  I am very honest when I say there is no way that I could be married to someone on the opposite side of the political spectrum.  While I was in college, I could put aside a gal's political misguidance for a night, especially if she was hot.  ;)  However, sustaining a marriage and raising a family is difficult enough without having another area of disagreement that in my view, is fundamental to our success.

The closest I have is a crazy aunt,  a 60 year-old hippie cousin and burnt-out brother/sister-in-laws that can't debate their way out of a paper bag.  All they can do is come up with stupid Michael Moore like quotes.  They actually try to avoid me because they have learned to avoid these topics around me because they know that I will challenge them and they usually walk away humiliated by their lack of actual facts.
